VIEW PURCHASE ORDER RENEWAL PRICING

Even if you don't submit your POs via the Web, you can view the renewal pricing online for all your purchase orders. This feature lets you:
  1. View and print up-to-date pricing.
  2. See the grand total for all the purchase orders displayed.
  3. Sort purchase orders by PO number, serial number or customer number.

RENEW PURCHASE ORDERS

For the convenience of online PO renewal, the Renew Purchase Orders application simplifies this task plus a whole lot more. This feature lets you:
  1. Get a status on all of your purchase orders - expired, about to expire and no action required.
  2. Renew POs by simply entering the new PO number, effective date and expiration date. You can renew one or all POs in a session. Whatever works for you.
  3. Sort, filter or use "find" to customize your views of your POs by serial number, PO number, customer number, date or status.
  4. View detailed PO information for each serial number.
  5. View and print up-to-date pricing.
  6. See the grand total for all the purchase orders displayed.
  7. Create customized, downloadable reports of your purchase order status -- spreadsheet or comma-separated value formats.
When you submit PO renewals via the Web, you agree to the pricing terms.
As an added convenience, we automatically send registered users an email notice when purchase orders are close to expiration.
