All XCEL candidates need to meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's degree program or higher and continuing the semester following the internship.
- Studying a discipline relevant to the internship/co-op focus
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Have authorization to work in the U.S
- Demonstrate potential for hire upon graduation
