More Than Lip Service: It's in the Numbers
Building an inclusive workforce has been an ongoing initiative at Xerox for over 30 years. The numbers prove it's working all the way to the top.

At the level of vice president and above (12/31/2008):

  • 19.2 percent are majority women
  • 7.8 percent are minority women
  • 15.1 percent are minority males

Of the general workforce (12/31/2008):

  • Minorities make up 29.8percent of the company's U.S. workforce
  • Asian (6.2%), African American/Black (14.4%), Hispanic (8.4%) and Native American (.8%)
  • 22.4 percent of officials or managers are minorities
  • 35.5 percent of new hires are minorities
  • Of the general workforce, 68.6 percent are men, 31.4 percent are women
