Offices
The company also maintains regional offices across Canada and in all major cities.
Additionally, Xerox has two TeleWeb locations, one in Saint John, New Brunswick and the second in Halifax, Nova Scotia that focus on sales of equipment, supplies and services. Also located in Saint John and Halifax are two Welcome Centre operations which handle North American customer inquiries and calls for remote technical or on-site service.
The Xerox Research Centre of Canada is located in Mississauga, Ontario, and is one of Xerox Corporation's four worldwide research centers. XRCC has a worldwide reputation in materials research and also houses the Supplies Development Centre.
