The VIPP IDE provides an interactive design environment with a "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) representation of the application you are creating or modifying.The IDE provides access to three levels of editing power. The VIPP IDE text editor can be used by VIPP professionals to add commands directly to application template files via the text editor window. Someone with less VIPP knowledge can still leverage the power of VIPP using the VIPP Smart Editor.The Smart Editor provides a menu-driven approach to selecting and using VIPP commands. Finally, the VIPP IDE now allows point and click editing in the VIPP IDE GUI window. Objects in the data, form resource, or both can be moved by selecting and dragging them in the VIPP IDE GUI.The VIPP IDE provides wizards to create new line-mode and database-mode resource files. Templates are available that help users create new applications in a fraction of the time it took before. Users can even add templates of their own design to the VIPP IDE. Using the wizards you can create a set of application files based on your data.
