BillXchange provides a fully automated way to send, display and pay invoices over the Internet. In addition, BillXchange enhances your ability to cross-sell, up-sell and improve customer service, thereby promoting customer loyalty. It also reduces postage and customer support costs.BillXchange automates the production of electronic and paper invoices with the help of DPServer (Xerox print management solution). The Coinserv archiving system files the invoices and any other associated documents. The BillXchange engine converts the data stream from the application to XML-based 'smart objects'. BillXchange, Coinserv and DPServer are components of Xerox's new Enterprise Output Management Strategy (EOMS).BillXchange is available with the following optional modules: BillXchange Banker, BillXchange Broker, BillXchange Biller, BillXchange Telco and BillXchange Insurance.
