Learn More about the Xerox Canada 1:1 Lab
The 1:1 LabThe 1:1 Lab program facility is based out of the Xerox Research Centre of Canada (XRCC), one of Xerox's most advanced research centres in the world in the area of digital printing. Using Xerox's newest technology, the Xerox DocuColor iGen3®, the 1:1 Lab offers qualified Xerox Canada Graphic Communications customers the opportunity to bring key clients to develop and implement a one-to-one marketing campaign. To show the effectiveness of the 1:1 Lab, Xerox selected 10 corporations and tested the power of personalized, data-driven communications.

The Trilogy AllianceWith that in mind, Xerox collaborated with Terminal van Gogh Ltd. – a consulting group specialized in the implementation of data-driven one-to-one marketing programs – and Exstream Software – who provides one of the most robust and sophisticated software solutions on the market – to form The Trilogy Alliance. Working directly with the invited corporation and its designated agency, as well as its print supplier, together, the Alliance took participating corporations' current mail piece, while maintaining the original message and appeal, and incorporated a redesigned print piece that focused on colour personalized communication.
Since its inception in November 2004, the 1:1 Lab has delivered exceptional results to corporations that have joined the program by measuring the impact of personalized colour communication and its advantages among consumers (B2C) and client organizations (B2B).
Participating organizations can now examine, verify, and compare the results of personalized marketing campaigns from their own traditional direct marketing campaigns.
To date, the 1:1 Lab has shown tremendous success to corporations and commercial printers in the areas of return on investment, rate of return, customer response, investment contributions, and demand generation, among other critical success factors. More importantly, these companies were able to develop progressive and affirming relationships with their customers.
In 2005, the Xerox Canada 1:1 Lab won the Canadian Marketing Association Special Award: Resource Partners - Innovation and Best Practice.
For the second consecutive year, Xerox Canada 1:1 Lab won the CMA (Canadian Marketing Association ) Award for “Best Resource Partners Innovation in Marketing 2006”, during the CMA Gala on November 17 2006.
