“Dreaming Sessions” for Customers and Researchers
Unique approach targets solution development to user needs.
What if the people who use our products could sit down with the researchers who develop them and talk about the challenges they face? That’s the whole idea behind our unique customer “Dreaming Sessions,” created by the Customer-Led Innovation Team within our Innovation Group.
“Dreaming Sessions” are day-long roundtable sessions that give customers and researchers a chance to “dream together” – to exchange ideas, sharing both real-world needs and blue-sky visions. We get to understand our customers’ pain points, wishes and worries and to learn which are the annoyances to address first.
Ultimately, we’re letting our customers drive our research strategy.
