That’s why we were so pleased when they named us one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies – for the fourth year in a row. Of the 100 companies on the list (derived from 100 countries and 35 industries), that puts us among only 44 companies that have been recognized four years running.

The distinction means that we continue to perform pretty well when it comes to things like corporate governance, innovation that contributes to the public well-being, and programs that promote ethics and compliance.

Judging from the waste produced by our toner plant in Webster, New York, you wouldn’t know it’s there. That’s because the amount of waste it sends to landfills is – zero.

Solids and wastewater are shipped to waste-to-energy plants. Metals, corrugated boxes, office paper and plastics were recycled. The result? Not a single ounce of waste.

Expensive, right? Nope, same as industrial landfill. That makes Webster happy. Us too.

Imagine being hundreds or even thousands of miles away from your family helping to build buildings in a foreign land. Imagine extreme weather, subpar living conditions and cultural and social pressures.

Now imagine receiving a shoebox full of the small comforts of home. That’s what happened to 250 construction workers who are building our new facility in the United Arab Emirates.

It’s the Shoebox Campaign, and it’s how our people showed their appreciation to some very important people in their community.
