Now in its 23rd season, the World Superbike championship is without question one of the most exciting forms of motorcycle racing, combining athleticism with dazzling imagery and action-packed entertainment.
Superbikes are high-tech machines derived from the models sold by manufacturers. This similarity between the race and road bikes brings Superbikes close to the hearts of fans and this is reflected in the sport’s passionate following. Like our products and solutions, the innovative technology behind Superbikes is cutting edge. This leads to exhilarating speeds in excess of 300km/h.
World Superbike racing is the highlight of each event that also includes World Supersport and European Superstock races. In World Superbike, teams compete over three days; Friday is practice day, Saturday is qualifying (known as Superpole) and Sunday is race day.
