| When The Printing House decided to let its true colours shine, it called on Xerox. | |
| | | The Printing House (TPH) is Canada's largest privately held quick printing branch business. With over 60 company-owned locations, all connected via a wide-area network, TPH ensures speedy orders with a consistent quality level. In its continuous drive to stay ahead of the competition, the company decided that focusing on speed and colour was the key to success in the new printing environment. So, after scrutinizing several digital colour devices, TPH turned to Xerox, its partner of 25 years, for a solution.
The Solution.
Xerox installed DocuColor 2060 and 6060 digital colour presses as well as DocuColor12s, all with Fiery processors to handle the most complex digital colour files and to give TPH the consistent and superior colour quality and on-demand colour printing it was looking for. Xerox also added a combination of Document Centre 480/490s for digital black and white printing. In addition to the printing devices, TPH deployed Xerox DocuTech publishers with Digipath workflow software.
The Results.
Since installing Xerox DocuColor 2060 and 6060, TPH has enjoyed a 57 percent increase in its production colour business due to superior production quality, flexibility with colour products and faster turn-around time for customer requests. And with the help of Xerox, today 80 percent of TPH's business is digital.
