| How to Apply
| Step 1: Review Xerox Canada's Sharing Principles and Guidelines to determine your eligibility for support.
| Step 2: Review our Areas of Focus descriptions- We receive a high volume of sponsorship applications. In preparation to complete your application, read our Areas of Focus descriptions to gain an understanding of our main sponsorship interests and how your project or program fits.
| Step 3: Proceed to Application Checklist- To best facilitate the completion of your application, ensure that you have the necessary information and documents at hand before proceeding.
| Step 4: Proceed to Online Application- Carefully complete the online application form. Be sure to accurately capture all relevant information and to do a final review before submission, as you will not have the opportunity to make changes.
- Multiple submissions and extraneous documentation sent via e-mail, mail, and/or fax will not be considered. We will advise you if additional information is required.
- Processing time is approximately 6 - 8 weeks. Applications will be accepted all year round.
| | Selection Process | | | Xerox currently supports many non-profit organizations through one-time and multiple-year contributions. | | While we do appreciate the value of each cause we are asked to support, we are limited in our capacity to entertain proposals from non-profits beyond those which Xerox proactively seeks out. Our efforts to lead engagement with non-profits are intended to achieve strategic alignment in our choices. However, non-profits who still wish to initiate engagement with Xerox can submit a proposal using this online application. We will consider and respond to your ask.
