Instructions for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:

  1. Download and print the pre-paid DHL label
  2. Completely fill out your return address information
  3. Securely tape the pre-paid Airborne label to the top of the box
  4. Send the box using Airborne Express service.


Instructions for Guam:

  1. Download and print the U.S. Postal pre-paid postage label
  2. Completely fill out your return address information
  3. Securely tape the pre-paid postage label to the top of the box
  4. Send the box by mail using the US Postal Service
