This container is used in a variety of products including 5090, 5390, 5690, DocuTech 135, 6100, 6115, 6135, 6155, 6180, and DocuPrint 4135, 463, 100, 115, 135, 155 180. Labels are provided in the new carton or can be printed from the website.

If the product is not listed on the Xerox.com website, it should be recycled locally. In some cases, the cost of transporting certain empty bottles and cartridges back to Xerox is high, while the environmental benefit is small. On average, a return travels 1,200 miles, resulting in the consumption of fuel resources and the generation of carbon dioxide and air emissions. Contact your local waste management provider.
Supplies used in our products are designed for safe local disposal (trash). Some products may be recycled in your local mixed plastic stream. Xerox encourages customers to recycle or dispose of these empty containers locally. Contact your local waste management provider for more information.

Can I ship back full pallets? UPS is unable to accept shipments that have been packaged on a pallet. They will accept large quantities provided they are individually labeled. When arranging pick up please notify UPS if you have a large quantity return to ensure the appropriate sized vehicle is dispatched.

UPS does not pick up in my zip code. If UPS does not pick up in your zip code please contact the Xerox Webmaster.
UPS requests an account number for pick up. All fees associated with used supplies return are paid for by Xerox. This is controlled through the unique tracking number on the pre-paid UPS labels. Reading the tracking number(s) to the UPS associate when scheduling the pick up should resolve the issue.
Can I print more than one return label? Once you select a supply item, you will be allowed to print a maximum of 15 labels. After that you will be required to start the process over by selecting the supply item again.

For returns exceeding 100 cartons per month, you may elect to have prepaid shipping labels mailed to you, eliminating the need to print them from the web. For more information, please contact the Xerox Webmaster.
Transportation for The Green World Alliance recycling program transitioned to UPS effective January 1, 2009. DHL labels are no longer valid. They should be discarded.
