Tom Blodgett
Chief Operating Officer, Europe , Xerox Services
Tom Blodgett is corporate vice president and chief operating officer of Xerox Services’ operations in Europe, responsible for the entire breadth of the company’s lines of business in the region (excluding the transportation group).

He was appointed to the new role in 2011 with a focus to continue the company’s expansion in Europe. When he was appointed to the newly established role, Blodgett was serving as chief operating officer of Xerox Services’ commercial operations, centered primarily in the United States. He was previously the group president of the business process solutions delivery unit for Xerox Services, growing this business from $50 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue in ten years.

With more than 20 years of senior management expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO), Blodgett is an industry pioneer. In 1985, his family founded Unibase, a data entry company acquired by Xerox Services in 1996. The acquisition expanded Xerox Services’ capabilities in the BPO services market and created a service segment dedicated to delivering business process services.

He was also instrumental in developing Xerox Services’ Operational Excellence model, a key company differentiator. He was an early proponent of Xerox Services’ global outsourcing strategy, having opened the company’s first offshore location in Monterrey, Mexico in 1995. As an integral part of his approach to growth, Blodgett brings leadership to Xerox Services’ acquisition strategy and has successfully acquired and integrated several companies into his lines of business during his tenure with Xerox Services.
