Stephen Cronin
President, Large Enterprise Operations, Xerox Technology
Stephen Cronin is president of Large Enterprise Operations for Xerox Technology. He was named to this position in January 2012, and was appointed a cororate vice president of Xerox in July 2005.

Large Enterprise Operations seeks to aggressively and consistently pursue growth opportunities for document management outsourcing, managed print services, communication and marketing services and content management around the world. This organization combines much of Global Document Outsourcing with large enterprise customer operations in the U.S. and Europe.

Prior to this appointment, Cronin was president of Global Document Outsourcing for the large enterprise and channel partners.

Cronin joined Xerox in April 1989 as a group resource director for European Systems Business. Since then he has held a variety of positions in Xerox Europe including, director of Marketing and Communications and vice president of Human Resources. He also served as a managing director of the United Kingdom/Ireland, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of the full product and global services portfolio. Prior to his current position, Cronin was a chief of staff for Xerox’s Developing Markets Operations, focusing on the growth opportunities of more than 140 emerging markets and countries, including Latin America, Eurasia, India, Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining Xerox, he held positions with Computervision Corporation, a Boston-based software company, as its U.K. Director of Group Resources, and at John Crane, Ltd., U.K. as a mechanical design engineer.

Cronin holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Thames Valley College, U.K. and is a member of the Mechanical Institute of Engineering.
