Kevin Kyser
Chief Operating Officer, Information Technology Outsourcing, Xerox Services
Kevin Kyser is corporate vice president and chief operating officer of Xerox Services’ Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) group. In this capacity, he is responsible for the company’s dedicated ITO group’s operations in the Americas and the Healthcare Provider Services (HPS) group.

Previously, Kyser was executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) until he was promoted to his current role in January 2011. As CFO, he was responsible for all aspects of Xerox Services’ financial functions, including accounting, investor relations, the corporate controllership, treasury, tax, audit, financial operations, and strategic planning and analysis functions for the company’s global operations. Kyser was former executive vice president for Xerox Services’ finance and accounting function, responsible for the company’s financial operations, its corporate organization and the company’s commercial and government groups. He was named chief financial officer of Xerox Services Commercial Solutions in 2006. In this capacity, he was responsible for the ongoing financial operations of an operating group that comprised nearly 60 percent of the company’s business.

Previously, Kyser served as senior vice president of Finance in Xerox Services’ Investor Relations department where he was responsible for daily interaction with Wall Street analysts and institutional shareholders.

Kyser has been with Xerox Services since 1997, has a total 23 years of finance experience, and was a certified public accountant in the state of Texas. Before joining Xerox Services, he spent six years with Energy Ventures, acquired by Weatherford International, progressing from the role of internal audit to divisional chief financial officer for a manufacturing division.

Kyser graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
