McKinney is responsible for directing certain aspects of Xerox’s legal operations including senior-level legal counsel, litigation, and managing the delivery of legal counsel in the areas of human resources and employee benefits. She also oversees all ethics and compliance initiatives for the corporation Prior to working for Xerox, she was associated with the New York City law firm then known as Dewey, Ballantine, Bushby, Palmer & Wood in the litigation department. McKinney attended Princeton University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics in 1977, magna cum laude. In 1980 she received a juris doctor degree from Yale Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut, and is also admitted in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and several federal district courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel, and is also on the boards of WESFACCA (the Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter of ACC) and Connecticut Legal Services. She is affiliated with, and volunteers for, various community organizations, alumni associations and pro bono groups. |
