Grant Fitz
Chief Financial Officer, Xerox Technology
Grant Fitz is vice president and chief financial officer for Xerox Technology. He was named to this position and appointed a vice president of the corporation in April 2013.

Fitz oversees the financial operations for the Technology Business Group and supports the development of sound business strategies and adequate internal controls, financial discipline and integrity.

Fitz joined Xerox in April 2013 after more than 20 years at General Motors (GM) where he held multiple positions with increasing responsibility, including being the first chief risk officer at GM, the chief financial officer of GM Powertrain Europe and the general director of General Motors Audit Services. He held various other leadership roles in GM in both Europe and the United States. From 2009-2010, Fitz also worked as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Nexteer Automotive, a steering and driveline systems manufacturer.

Fitz received a Bachelor’s of Science in industrial and operations engineering from University of Michigan and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
