Dave Amoriell
Chief Operating Officer, Transportation, Central and Local Government, Xerox Services
Dave Amoriell is corporate vice president and chief operating officer of the Xerox Services’ Transportation, Central and Local Government Segment, providing transportation systems and business process services to local governments around the world. He was named to this position in February 2012, at which time he was also named a corporate vice president.

Previously, Amoriell was group president of the Transportation Solutions Group, a position he assumed in 2009. In this capacity, Amoriell helped government agencies in more than 30 countries address transportation and safety challenges, enhance revenue collection and improve regulatory compliance.

Amoriell joined Xerox Services after successful careers with IBM and Lockheed Martin. At IBM, Amoriell served as general manager, where he helped grow a Federal sector portfolio that included critical Homeland Security elements in the State and Local marketplace. In this position, he nearly doubled revenue to more than $1.1 billion in two years. He also served as vice president of IBM Global Services Public Sector.

In addition, Amoriell had overall responsibility for Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Customs modernization program where he successfully implemented this critical $3-billion program.
