Connie Harvey
Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare, Xerox Services
Connie Harvey is a corporate vice president and chief operating officer of Xerox Services’ healthcare sector, which includes all services offerings for the health care industry including government, payer and pharmaceutical, healthcare provider and insurance. She was named to this key leadership position in July 2013 and appointed a vice president of Xerox in February 2012.

Since 2011, Harvey served as the chief operating officer for Xerox Services’ Commercial Business Process Outsourcing, which included providing business services for : healthcare payer and pharmaceutical, telecommunications and technology and retail, travel and insurance industries. She had previously served as president of the healthcare, payer and insurance group for two years. Prior to this role, Harvey was the managing director of the healthcare payer and insurance delivery unit for Xerox Services, growing this business from $168 million to $444 million in annual revenue in five years.

Harvey has focused on various initiatives to improve operational performances to better serve Xerox Services’ customers and diversify the service offering. An early adopter of utilizing offshore operations, Harvey spent 18 years in consulting and operations management in the Caribbean. She joined Xerox Services in 2001 when Xerox Services acquired National Processing Company in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Her projects spanned industries and services including manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and business process outsourcing.

Connie Harvey graduated with distinction from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
