She was promoted to this role in 2011 after serving as the group president of the healthcare, payer and insurance group for two years. Prior to this role, Harvey was the managing director of the healthcare payer and insurance delivery unit for Xerox Services, growing this business from $168 million to $444 million in annual revenue in five years. Harvey has focused on various initiatives to improve operational performances to better serve Xerox Services’ customers and diversifying the service offering. An early adopter of utilizing offshore operations, Harvey spent 18 years in consulting and operations management in the Caribbean. She joined Xerox Services in 2001 when Xerox Services acquired National Processing Company in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Her projects spanned industries and services including manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and business process outsourcing. Connie Harvey graduated with distinction from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. |
