In this role, Zagalo de Lima is responsible for engineering, product development, manufacturing, distribution, managed print services, sales channels and technical services to effectively manage and grow business on a global basis.
Previously he served as president of Global Customer Operations and was responsible for worldwide sales, service and customer administration activities for Xerox’s document technology, services and solutions. Prior to this expanded role in leading worldwide customer operations, he led Xerox Europe, driving business activity in nearly 20 countries.
Zagalo de Lima joined Xerox in Portugal in 1983 and has since held sales, marketing and management positions across Europe.
Zagalo de Lima earned a master's degree in information technology and electronics engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon. He can speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
