Armando Zagalo de Lima
Corporate Executive Vice President
On June 25, 2014, Armando Zagalo de Lima announced that he is retiring from Xerox. Zagalo de Lima continues with the company through the end of the year serving as a corporate executive vice president and assisting in a seamless transition to his successor, Jeff Jacobson.

Zagalo de Lima was appointed president of Xerox Technology in January 2012 and has been an corporate officer since July 2000. In this role he has been responsible for engineering, product development, manufacturing, distribution, managed print services, sales channels and technical services to effectively manage and grow business on a global basis.

Prior to this appointment Zagalo de Lima served as president of Global Customer Operations and was responsible for worldwide sales, service and customer administration activities for Xerox’s document technology, services and solutions. Previous to this expanded role in leading worldwide customer operations, Zagalo de Lima led Xerox Europe, driving business activity in nearly 20 countries.

Zagalo de Lima joined Xerox in Portugal in 1983 and held sales, marketing and management positions across Europe.

Zagalo de Lima earned a master's degree in information technology and electronics engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon. He can speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
