Xerox Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) identify hazards associated with a material and describe how a hazardous material can be safely handled, used, and stored.
Please try the following tips to help improve your results for MSDS searches.
Use the * (wild card) symbol when searching for data sheets by Part Number, Engineering Drawing Number, Trade Name, or Product Name. The * symbol can be added to your search query wherever you are unsure of the exact criteria.
Searching Examples using the * (wild card):
Searching for Part Number 106R00445 and no search results are returned. Try entering 106R*445 or 1*6R*445.
Searching for Engineering Drawing Number 600E78790 and no search results are returned. Try entering 6**E78790 or 600*78790.
Searching for Trade Name or Product Name called DocuColor 12 with no search results returned. Try entering DocuColor* or Docu* 12.
Using a * (wild card) will most likely give more results than expected as the * can represent any character or number.
Note: A Material Safety Data Sheet is not required for some products. It is considered to be an Article according to OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29CFR 1910.1200) and WHMIS HPA (Section II (2)). The categories that apply to an "Article" include: cartridges containing toners and inks, photoreceptors, staples, typewriter ribbon, binder tape, and paper products.
