Payment Options

Currently, Xerox offers a variety of payment options for the flexibility of managing your account, including e-mail, fax and telephone payment options that connect you directly with one of our Customer Care Associates.

As costs continue to grow for the option of processing payments through these methods, Xerox has instituted a handling fee of $9.95 for each telephone, e-mail, or fax payment.

To avoid the handling fee, we encourage you to take advantage of our other payment options listed below:

• Direct from your checking account at Xerox.com
  Benefits: Self service (no phone calls), no stamps required, control over the exact timing of the payment
  
  
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  Benefits: Most efficient and secure for companies with this capability
  
  
• Automatic Credit Card enrollment
  Benefits: Set it up once, and leave the rest to Xerox.
  
  
• Check by mail – refer to the address on the remittance stub at the bottom of your invoice.
  Benefits: Save the phone calls into Xerox
