XSIS works closely with the standard product
organizations inside Xerox that design, manufacture and
market production systems. We work just as closely with
the customer operations that sell and service the
standard products (and with whom you've already built a
trusted relationship if you're an existing Xerox
customer).
In most cases, the products installed by XSIS will be
supported by your regular Xerox field service technician.
XSIS can supply service employees in the field, if
necessary, to accommodate remote locations and special
circumstances in the US and in places such as Bonn,
Paris, and Seoul.
On-site or on-call support from XSIS is normally
required for secure facilities. XSIS Field Engineering
and Systems Support (FESS) caters to our customers'
unique problems and special technical and schedule
demands, and ensures that every customer achieves maximum
value from their investment in XSIS technology. Nearly
all of our FESS staff possess DoD security clearances or
other special access. Whether you have one location or
one hundred, our field personnel are ready to resolve any
issue or solve any problem with full-service maintenance
and logistics support from around the world -both during
and after installation. FESS representatives in the US,
Europe and the Pacific Rim are waiting to serve you.
