You must be an independent business - locally owned and managed
You must have showroom, office and warehouse facilities in one or more cities serving your local markets
Sell Xerox copiers, facsimiles and multifunction office equipment ordered directly from Xerox
Serve accounts ranging from commercial to government, small home office to Fortune 500 company
Use outside reps to call on end-users
