Xerox Canada offers all full-time employees opportunities for self-development — to both maintain and increase knowledge and skills in the current job and/or to gain new competencies for a reasonable future job. In the event employees are unable to locate the appropriate competency development material through our e-learning courses available through the company intranet, the Xerox Tuition Aid program can assist.
Tuition aid is provided for programs of study that are mutually beneficial to both the company and the employee. This practice applies to programs of study paid for by the employee and reimbursed by the company following successful completion at a minimum grade achievement of 60% for most courses or programs and 70% for masters programs.
Language courses such as French and English as a second language are included. Other foreign languages may be included where these are directly related to current job requirements.
